Summary:
Additional corrections have been made in the pilot to solve the disk full problems at BNL. It seems the initial pilot work dir is deleted by the batch system before the pilot is finished. In the pilot cleanup(), the pilot does a cd to the initial pilot work dir before erasing the job work dir. This caused an exception and the pilot was prevented from deleting the job work dir.

Changed cleanupLimit from 5 to 2 hours (pilot)
Changed delay time from 5 to 2 minutes (pilot)
Temporarily out-commented the soft link creation to athena_stdout.txt (pilot)
Changed chdir from initdir to / in cleanup() (pilot)
