Summary:
Added a cleaner class used at the beginning of the pilot to search for and erase any lingering work directories. The criteria for cleanup is if the job state file has not been updated for five hours and if the job state is 'running'. It is then assumed that the job has been killed by the batch system. The cleaner class is currently only used at the analysis queues at BNL.
