Summary:

The major new addition is the support for multi/combined trf's. The testMultiTrf.py has been tested successfully at LYON and at BNL_ATLAS_test. Single trf's have been tested at TRIUMF_REPRO, BNL_ATLAS_test and ANALY_BNL_test.
Currently the pilot is unaware of the first trfs' output files which means that it can't check the output status. The looping job limit has therefore been doubled unless the max time has been specified by maxCpuLimit. This will be fixed eventually.
