UHURA 20h

UHURA 20h version info:

Added convertURL_SRMtoGSIftp (code from Marco) (GSIftpSiteMover)

The previous GSIftpSiteMover was wrongly converting SRM v2 URLs, now fixed.

Code tested at ANALY_MWT2, UIUC-HEP and UC_ATLAS_MWT2.
