Summary:
Another patch for schedconfig.appdir handling. Previous version ignored the schedconfig.appdir value when setting the siteroot variable in RunJobUtilities::setupTrf().
Tested at TRIUMF_REPRO (12769110, finished) and CERN-UNVALID (12803987, failed due to an unrelated proxy error).
