Summary
Minor update.
* The application software dir check failed in the case the wrapper did not manage to download the queuedata. The pilot did not update the path properly. Now fixed.
* The previous 32 release prevented job definitions from being interpreted by the pilot for Nordugrid. Now fixed.

Moved getSwbase() to after postProcessQueuedata() since appdir was not updated after failed queuedata download in the wrapper (pilot)
Corrected bug in the downloaded job definition for Nordugrid (unset variable) (pilot)
