Summary
Major update. Many fixes to various various problems. Sites using 'cp' site mover is now using adler32. Job recovery has been updated for US sites. Pilot is now confirming that the software area exists before asking for a job (requested by Rod; confirmed to work at LCG and US). UberftpSiteMover has been updated for OU_OSCER_ATLAS although more work is needed since the command still does not work there.
