Summary

* Now using ­f option (overwrite) with xrdcp stage-outs. Requested by

Alessandro di Girolamo.

* Added time-outs proportional to file size for FAX transfers ­ can be

added to other site movers as well at a later time (details to be

discussed). Requested by Ilija Vukotic.

* Updated xrdcp setups - now using new default setup from cvmfs

(xrootdsetup.sh, replacing previously used atlasLocalROOTSetup.sh) in case

copy tool setup is not defined in AGIS.copysetup. Requested by Ilija

Vukotic.
