Summary

* A fix for exceptions thrown when trying to verify the jobReport.json

file version, leading to some jobs failing with error codes 1111 and 1112

(exceptions caught by pilot and RunJob modules).

* The aria2c site mover has been updated to resolve issues with importing

the rucio.client module which is not always available. Problems were seen

especially on ND HPC sites.

Put a try-statement around the rucio.client import in aria2cSiteMover, not always available. Caused problem om Nordugrid HPC sites

Added missing 'self' to isAGreaterOrEqualToB() in getPayloadMetadataFilename() (PandaServerClient)

Copying jobReport to pilots workdir to make it available for PandaServerClient at the end of the job (RunJob, RunJobEvent)
