Summary
* Install jobs not setup correctly in the US. An urgent fix was requested
by Xin Zhao.
* Option "-DIReadCacheSize 0" was added to the xrdcp alias for ANALY_CERN
to disable caching since the pool is nearly full. Requested by
Andreas-Joachim Peters and Daniel van der Ster.
