Using the optional switch --accessmode=filestager[/direct] now updates the copysetup field correctly. The pilot is now always setting the runAthena option –lfcHost (requested by Tadashi Maeno et al.)

SULU 44c2: Summary
A left-over test code snippet in v 44c released a few hours prior to this release forced file stager to be used which caused problems for user jobs on sites not supporting file stager. This revealed a problem in runAthena, which subsequently was fixed by Tadashi.
