Summary

A few failed jobs at ANALY_MWT2 (e.g. 1073332239 ) with timed out output file transfers threw an exception due to a value error leading to a less specific error message (Put error: Error in copying the file from job workdir to localSE). Two jobs (1073258593, 1072792906) failed due to CMTCONFIG error but an undeclared variable lead to an “Exception caught in runJob” error message instead. Now fixed.

Tadashi asked to add http://pandaserver.cern.ch to the list of valid base URLs (for runAthena (etc) download) in preparation for the SVN move. Added as well.
