Summary
Previous pilot versions failed to restore a hidden proxy after a looping job detection, a runJob crash and killed jobs. Now corrected.

Created isRead() and isRestored() in ProxyGuard
Created restoreProxy() (pilot)
Pilot now restores a hidden proxy if needed, e.g. after a runJob crash, a looping job and killed job (pilot)
