Summary
Bug fixes for NG, and SRM handling. Pilot now corrects missing port number in the file path used in get_data (lcgcp2SiteMover).

Version info
Corrected NG metadata file, now copied to site workdir before log creation (pilot)
Now using adler32 for put in mvSiteMover
Created getPort(), addPortToPath() in SiteMover
Added to port number to getfile path if necessary (lcgcp2SiteMover)
