Summary
Replaced lfc.lfc_mkdir API call with lfc-mkdir CL call which knows how to create sub dirs recursively.
Replaced further FAILED/WARNING messages that tricked the monitor.
Version info
Now using lfc-mkdir -p instead of API function since the latter can not create recursive dirs (SiteMover)
Replaced FAILED/WARNING with JOBSTATE FAILURE/WARNING (JobState)
