Summary
Further patches for LYON sites requested by Eric.
Now possible to set pilot option '-u self' which enables the DN of the pilot submitter to be sent to the dispatcher (it turned out later that the dispatcher is actually ignoring this, another submission mechanism is pending).

Removed option -o for userID. Now getting userID from DN if option -u self is set (pilot)

The pilot is now dumping a "!!FINISHED!!Job successfully completed" message to the log after finished and holding jobs which is a message to the Panda monitor (pilot)
Corrected undeclared variable in dCacheSiteMover triggering an exception for File is readOnly errors (dCacheSiteMover)
Added temporary command setup for LYON sites (RunJobUtilities)
