Summary
The guid for the output lib file of a build job was not propagated back to the pilot after a transfer error, leading to a new guid being set for the lib file during job recovery. This in turn prevented later jobs from using the original lib file. This has now been corrected. The following job used a lib file from a correctly recovered build job: 16094402.
