Summary:
The proxy hiding can now be turned off in schedconfig if the 'proxy' field is set to 'donothide'. Any other value, or none, will cause the proxy to be hidden.
Eric provided a hot fix for Lyon sites due to a problem with importing the lfc python module which in turn was because of a python version problem. This hot fix will later be added to schedconfig as soon as the pilot allows for additional info in 'copysetup' in combination with the direct reading info.

Do not hide proxy for sites that has sc.proxy = donothide (runJob)
