Quick fix for ANALY_SLAC related to direct reading. Quotation marks around the oldPrefix variable will allow for syntax like:
oldPrefix='srm://osgserv04.slac.stanford.edu(:\d+)*/srm/v2/server?SFN=/xrootd/atlas'
