Introduced removeLEDuplicates() to remove duplicated warning/error messages from
the log extracts (pUtil, pilot)
Removed file path in log extracts for pilotlog.txt (pilot)
Log files of PandaMover job are now called pandamover_*.txt (pUtil)
Now avoiding to send xml with log info for jobs that failed to transfer the log (pilot)
The pilot now distinguishes between copysetupin and copysetup for direct access which is
needed by a FR xrootd analysis site since they use different get and put commands (runJob)

17c:
Fixed bad useCT (False -> True) which prevented prod job input files
from being copied by xrootdSiteMover (runJob)
Athena's python now used by analysis jobs (runJob)
