* Bug fix in checksum calculation during XML file creation.

- Now using calc_file_checksum() from movers/base module instead of old adler32() which can give a partial result in case zlib.adler32() throws an exception

* Now writing PanDA IDs to special file picked up by wrapper.

- To associate wrapper-jobs to panda-jobs, mainly to clearly identify empty wrappers but has other monitoring uses

- Pilot now checks a site’s state on the DDM blacklist, rather than just check if the site is on the list (since previous pilot version)

Postponed change (requested by A. Filipcic in the ADC Weekly since it was seen to cause some problems on Norgugrid resources):

* Changed hostname -i to hostname –I (used when collecting machine features and in benchmark command).

- Requested by Alastair Dewhurst

- [hostname -i] will only list the IPv4 address on a dual stack machine which can cause confusion. If command changed to "hostname -I", then it will print out all addresses the host has (eg both the IPv4 and IPv6 address)
