Patch for an urgent issue seen on some CERN T-0 nodes, where the latest version of the AGIS ddmendpoints json file is apparently not available. It appears that the json file that is available is a stale cvmfs version. It is under investigation. The pilot attempted to use a json field that is not available in the stale json dictionary.
