Summary

Bug fixes:
- Correction for unexpected values (dbData/dbTime=null) in jobReport, in getDBInfo() (FileHandling)

- Added try-statement around cpu time adding in getCPUTimes() to preempt any strange values in jobReport (FileHandling)
