It was discovered that the code for setting
the memory limit in the pilot does not always work at least at
ANALY_MWT2_SL6 and ANALY_AGLT2_SL6 ("ValueError: not allowed to raise
maximum limit"). Dev pilots sent by hand worked fine but it did not work
for pilots run by APF wrapper and was missed in the tests since RC jobs
never started. A try-statement has been added around the offending code.
We are trying to understand why the exception was thrown on these sites.
