Summary

*  Now using port 25085 instead of 25080 for server communications.
Requested by Tadashi Maeno

* Update for handling nightlies in multi-job mode (previously appdir used
for nightlies was overwritten by a subsequent job)

* Update for FAX mechanism for user analysis jobs (tested at UTA and
MWT2), as well as added tests and corrections for missing protocol in
schedconfig.faxredirector

* Fixed a problem with xrdcp using a cmtconfig that was not updated
properly in case the primary cmtconfig could not be used during setup. At
CERN, xrdcp uses cmtconfig in the path to the command. The pilot is
equipped with a mechanism for testing multiple cmtconfig's in case the
primary cmtconfig fails

* Now reporting initial error during cmtconfig verification in setup in
case of multiple cmtconfig errors. Previously only the last error was
reported which lead to confusion as to what the actual error was

* Added correction to SE path used on Tier-3's (subdir added twice to
