Summary
A problem with multi-trf jobs, not seen during testing, resulting in the
stage-in error "Get function can not be called for staging input files"
affected jobs at primarily Taiwan-LCG2. Now fixed.

Corrected for missing dictionary key in createFileDicsForLFC() (Mover)
