Summary

* lcg-get-checksum is now used on most STORM sites (the ones where it has
been validated to work). It is now an ATLAS requirement for STORM sites to
support this command. The following sites remain to be updated/confirmed
for lcg-get-checksum: LIP-COIMBRA, IL-TAU-HEP, IFIC (+ the corresponding
ANALY sites). For more info, see my presentation during the ADC meeting
later today

* Correction in glExec function related to PoolFileCatalog.xml file
permission (Jose Caballero)

* Added max time and connection timeout to updateJob curl command
(requested by Charles Waldman)

Additionally: the pilot now has code for monitoring the number of running processes started by a job. To be properly reported in later pilot version, and not just to the log file as it is right now.
