Summary
A problem was seen with heavy ion reprocessing jobs on some sites equipped with worker nodes that did not allow TCP messages larger than 2 kB. The TCP messages are sent from the runJob process back to the main pilot process through the pilot TCP server. The messages were reduced in size which solved the problem.

Stopped sending output_fields with TCP message in updateJobInfo() (RunJobUtilities)
Replaced confusing 'pilot server' with 'local pilot TCP server' from log messages (Mover, runJob, RunJobUtilities)
