Summary
Missing file/guid problem. It was finally discovered that for TAG files, the trf is inserting the guid for the TAG file not in the PFC but in the metadata.xml. The pilot is now looking in this file as well when it can not locate the guid in the PFC. Trf authors have agreed that in the long run the trf will insert these guids into the PFC.

PFCxml() is now using findGuid() to locate a missing (TAG file) guid in metadata.xml.ATHENA when it can not find it in PoolFileCatalog.xml (pUtil, runJob)
