Summary
The lcgcp site mover used in the US (lcgcp2SiteMover) now has the feature to remove the remains of failed transfers in the SE. It was discovered at MWT2_IU that occationally when lcg-cp fails it leaves a touched file of file size zero in the SE.
Version info
Now checking if file was partially transferred for all failed transfers, if so, delete it (put_data) (lcgcp2SiteMover)
Updated warning message in getRemoteFileSize() (SiteMover)
Created removeFile() that can delete a file if the transfer was partial (SiteMover)
Renamed exit code variable s to ec (lcgcp2SiteMover)
