Summary:
For LCG sites, the python version in the release should now be used properly.
Space tokens can now be used with analysis jobs.
Two new site movers have been added, HUSiteMover (from Marco and Saul, a special site mover for Harvard) and rfcpLFCSiteMover (from Graeme, developed for Castor cites).
