no subprocesses error). LRC can throw errors containing semicolons (see job 10624197)
Also removed =-signs from pilotErrorDiag since they are interpreted as well in the
TCP message (see job 10865451) (RunJobUtilities)
Added missing error codes in httpConnect() that has lead to lost heartbeat (see job 10955157)
